Very clean, the car's glass is clean and clear, unlike other cars, where the glass is blurred due to water stains. Curtains create a very private feeling. There is a phone charging socket. People of 1m8 to 1m9 can lie comfortably. But it seems that the width of the glass row is a little smaller. The big minus point is that there is wifi but it cannot be used. I hope the bus company invests more in wifi. The car has up to 2 drivers and 1 waiter, a total team of 3 people, and they are well-trained to serve customers with standard service style. The time the car stops for passengers to go to the toilet is very reasonable, without feeling full. In general, it is only 50k higher but much more comfortable than other cars. The first time riding the car, although there was a little misunderstanding, the driver and bus assistant resolved it satisfactorily and in a friendly manner. The car runs on time and safely. I booked a 22-room bus, the price on Vexere was 2 million on Tet. When I called the switchboard to confirm the pick-up time, I asked if that was the final price and if there were any surcharges. The operator asked how many people I was traveling with. For 1 3 year old baby and 1 adult, the payment of 2 million was more than enough. The garage even refunded 500k to me. Quite a surprise. 10 points for very polite and decent garage service.

The car is very nice and clean. The seat has headphones. The car also has double seats with a membrane separating the two double cabins at the end of the car. The driver and staff are very friendly, comfortable and humorous.

We first tried to ride a slip bus in Vietnam. We took a bass limousine. We were picked up in the agreed upon dream in a small minibus and taken to our slipbus. Everything was very clean. Probably the best if you haven’t tried it yet. Over past 7 years I have tried almost all the bus providers to Dalat. This one stands out. Seats are comfy,wide & even though the sleeper buses might not appeal to people over 178cm but since the seats are wide, you can still get a comfortable sleeping. Blankets were good & pillows are also good. Going back with this company if I need to go to Dalat again.
