I think the car company could have more assistant drivers in all vehicles to help reduce driver fatigue, find more assistant drivers who can speak English, or open tutoring classes to teach English communication for long-distance drivers. . Because I personally see many foreign tourists on trips to tourist areas like this, but they cannot communicate with the driver, so no matter how enthusiastic the driver and assistant are, it is not certain that they will understand or not. Very nice ride! Only the pick up point was not correct but luckily another driver from the same company gave us a lift to another place where we were picked up by the right bus. No one speaks English but they take very good care and are super helpful. Nice and comfortable seats.

Out of all the sleeper bus companies I’ve used in Vietnam, this was my favorite! They picked us up from our hostel and dropped us off at our next hostel. We left on time, but we did arrive at our destination 2 hours earlier than anticipated. The receptionist and driver were communicative. The upper level seats didn’t have a guard rail, but they were clean and comfortable. There was no excessive noise during our trip. I would absolutely use this company again.
