This company went well above their required services. They were absolutely wonderful for me and my wife. Let me explain...There was a place listed on our ticket for pick up. The place was incorrect. The customer service sent a van...that then raced through the city...and then raced on the highway...to meet the van that had already departed. They did everything to make sure we got on our shuttle to Haiphong. I appreciate their care and empathy. I will use this service whenever I go to Hanoi.

I went and the driver said that if I couldn't catch up with the car in front, he would take me to Hanoi even though he only drove in HP. The driver is very true to the company's responsibility of putting customers first. Will support the car for a long time. P/s: the car doesn't smell, drives very smoothly, doesn't get sick

Out of all the sleeper bus companies I’ve used in Vietnam, this was my favorite! They picked us up from our hostel and dropped us off at our next hostel. We left on time, but we did arrive at our destination 2 hours earlier than anticipated. The receptionist and driver were communicative. The upper level seats didn’t have a guard rail, but they were clean and comfortable. There was no excessive noise during our trip. I would absolutely use this company again.

First time using the service of the garage, very satisfied, the car is new and clean, runs on time, the drivers are polite, pick up and drop off at the door. At this same price, the rating is better than many other limousine companies

The host gave us a useful introduction on the schedule (break, boat, etc) and shared so much useful information on the way to help with our time in Cat Ba. He answered the questions I had about possible trips at the destination, and even other ideas for Vietnam. We said we’d like to rent a scooter and when we showed up, there was already a lady on the side of the street with a scooter waiting for us!
