We paid drop off subcharge. To different place than office. They first told us to drop off at office. And told us to take taxi. We talked a lot, there was some calling, and then they finaly told they will drive us there. It can be confusing for non vietnamesee speaking travelers. But be persistent and nice, and everyone will try to help you :-)

The drivers are all very enthusiastic, especially the drivers at the transfer stage. I prefer the driver who drives on the return trip. He runs very smoothly and asks if the passengers are comfortable. Because there are many tourists, the bus company's impression on tourists is also very important for the image of Vietnam or the destination in the hearts of each tourist. If traveling short distances in transit, I think you should get a reasonable price. In general, the bus service is ok, so I rate it 5 stars

Tam Coc > Hanoi : we had a toilet break during the trip. The car was clean and had USB plugs, but no WiFi. The bus was late but on a Sunday afternoon after the Têt holidays, there was heaps of traffic. Overall, we made it safely to our destination and that’s what matters

First time experiencing Nam Quynh Anh's VIP sleeper bus and found it very good. Super spacious bed, fully equipped. What I can't do without is the battery charger and the wifi is very complete. The car supports door-to-door pick-up by shuttle bus, so it is very convenient. After booking tickets, everyone should call the bus company to register for a transfer to Vinh.

I had a very comfortable and safe journey. This bus supports foreigners very enthusiastically. Me and my friend were very happy for the staff's help. Vietnamese people are very friendly, very nice.

I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.

Out of all the sleeper bus companies I’ve used in Vietnam, this was my favorite! They picked us up from our hostel and dropped us off at our next hostel. We left on time, but we did arrive at our destination 2 hours earlier than anticipated. The receptionist and driver were communicative. The upper level seats didn’t have a guard rail, but they were clean and comfortable. There was no excessive noise during our trip. I would absolutely use this company again.
