Today I took the bus at 11am and I was 30 minutes late. The bus company had to wait, everyone. But the driver on the bus did not scold me at all, I was touched by that. Through this, I realized how many people my mistake has implicated. Everyone, please avoid being like me. It was very wrong. This is a great service, the driver was very friendly and helpful at all times. The seats are very comfortable. Left and arrived on time. Only the music was a little annoying sometimes, but overall a very nice experience.

I have been using the service at Huynh Gia garage for 4 years and the quality of the garage's service is improving day by day. I am very satisfied with the recent trip, the bus departed on time and there were clear announcements at each drop-off point. However, there is one small point that I would like to suggest: the bus company should consider using paper or cloth bags instead of plastic bags to store cakes and drinks for customers, to minimize plastic waste as much as possible. maybe. Surprisingly it was much better than I expected especially compared with other much more expensive so-called “luxurious limousine” companies in Vietnam. Unlike most common rude customer service from bus companies in vn, My driver was very polite, clean bus. However, seat are more suitable for small size travelers. If you are taller than 5’5 it possible to feel a bit uncomfortable.

We made a trip on October 9, 2023 along the Ho Chi Minh City - Nha Trang route. The seat on our bus was narrow in width, but long (my husband could easily stretch his legs). I want to say a big thank you to the bus drivers. we arrived from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang earlier than planned (which was very nice) and also the drivers were very friendly. especially one of the drivers (unfortunately I don't know his name). we were treated to free water and there was a toilet on the bus. when the bus stopped along the way, it was a very good place...unlike what we saw in other companies on different routes. My partner left her straw hat on the bus that arrived today into your HQ in the city (the bus left Mui Ne at 11.10 this morning - but had to stop for 45 minutes to have one of the bus tyres fixed. The straw hat has a black "band" around it - ad also a black bow at the back of it. We were sat in seats 11 & 12 on the bus. This is not so important - but we just thought we would check to see if by chance you may have found it - and possibly kept it in your office!
