The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

He asked if the seat was good and where we would like to be dropped in Dalat. - The bus was very clean, no dust no used tissues etc. - bathroom 🚽, yes 👍 clean yes 👍 - The length of the seat is comfortable for the journey duration, I’m 179cm so my foot was touching the end of the cabin but I could manage. - 2 pillows( 1 basic and 1 long one) that helped. Suggestions: - Blanket could have been longer😅, could only cover until waist.

Disadvantages: - Only transfer to Da Lat bus station within a radius of 5km, I live a bit far so I have to go to the station myself. - At first I thought there was a transfer to Ma Lo, but the bus company apologized and informed me that it could only stop at Chu Van An. This is Nam Phat's first trip - and it's close to Tet. Polite bus staff - dedicated advice - cute - friendly and enthusiastic driver - shuttle bus picks up on time. The blankets are washed clean - very fragrant - A small suggestion is that the garage should vacuum the space where the drinks and food are kept, it would be better.

We had a really good experience. We got there in time as indicated and the bus departed on time and arrived early. Felt really safe. Very comfortable (we booked the double bed size due to my partner's very long legs), we managed to sleep most of the trip. People were all very quiet. Staff were nice. The only difficulty was the language as not many people speak enough English for detailed conversation. However, we do not speak Vietnamese either. Other Vietnamese travellers helped. Definitely recommend this mean of transport with this company anyway. Haven't tried others yet 😊

For me personally, everything is ok. The driver called back to report the time the car arrived at the pick-up point and after the trip, the bus company called over for customer service. If possible, there should be wifi for guests to use.
