When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. One of my foreign credit card worked to buy ticket online. The bus service called to change my pick up address, it was difficult to understand but person on the phone knew enough english to give me the information. The information on app was correct, no problem with pickup. At final dropoff, there was a person taking down addresses for drop off for van shuttle. It will be difficult if you don't know vietnamese. Be aware of what others are doing and use Google translate if needed.

I was fully informed when the pick-up time changed. The driver was polite and drove very smoothly and comfortably. Seats are comfy,wide & even though the sleeper buses might not appeal to people over 178cm but since the seats are wide, you can still get a comfortable sleeping. Blankets were good & pillows are also good. Going back with this company if I need to go to Dalat again.

The driver had not problem in making small detours to drop off people at their destinations as we were all close to the drop off points. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this company.

Before ordering, I saw that the reviews weren't very good, so I was a bit hesitant. But the driver of my car was driving very well and enthusiastically, driving at a moderate speed, not speeding and overtaking recklessly. Arrive at BL on time. The seat is also wide enough for me. The room for 2 people is a bit tight, 1 person will be more comfortable, very private. The car comes with bird's nest water + Aqua mineral water + unscented wet towels, very delicate. We had a really good experience. We got there in time as indicated and the bus departed on time and arrived early. Felt really safe. Very comfortable (we booked the double bed size due to my partner's very long legs), we managed to sleep most of the trip. People were all very quiet. Staff were nice. The only difficulty was the language as not many people speak enough English for detailed conversation. However, we do not speak Vietnamese either. Other Vietnamese travellers helped. There is quite good private transportation support. The VIP seats were comfortable but the bus was running a bit late, but luckily my flight was delayed so I didn't have to wait long for the bus. Next time I will definitely go again.

For me personally, everything is ok. The driver called back to report the time the car arrived at the pick-up point and after the trip, the bus company called over for customer service. If possible, there should be wifi for guests to use.

Except for late pick up, the rest are good
