The car's room is spacious and comfortable, although the air conditioner is a bit difficult to adjust the wind direction but it's okay. Other amenities are good. Staff and driver attitudes are friendly and enthusiastic.

I take the 8:30 p.m. flight. It was my first time using this company so I expected to be at Q6 station at 7:20 p.m. Who would have thought that at 7:35 p.m. there would already be a bus to transfer to Mien Tay station. Get on the big bus and depart on time, with each stop lasting 30-45 minutes. When you arrive at Gia Rai station, there is a shuttle bus waiting to take you there. This trip does not pick up passengers along the way so the car is comfortable.

For me personally, everything is ok. The driver called back to report the time the car arrived at the pick-up point and after the trip, the bus company called over for customer service. If possible, there should be wifi for guests to use.

I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. Generally satisfied.

The minus point is that when the bus driver arrives at the stops, he often doesn't announce it so the passengers don't know where to go (because the bus runs at night so the passengers sleep soundly).

We had a clean, comfortable toilet, modern leather seats, and blankets. The driver drove moderately, did not honk excessively at night and did not brake sharply. We slept well) at 4:30 we arrived at the station near Nha Trang. There everyone was asked to get out, given their things and put into a Sprinter, which went to the center of Nha Trang. Due to the fact that this nuance with the transfer was not agreed upon in advance, it naturally raised many questions from passengers. But the drivers don't speak English. They only show you with gestures where to go)) And they literally forcefully transfer you into the sprinter so that you don’t get lost)

The first time riding the car, although there was a little misunderstanding, the driver and bus assistant resolved it satisfactorily and in a friendly manner. The car runs on time and safely. I booked a 22-room bus, the price on Vexere was 2 million on Tet. When I called the switchboard to confirm the pick-up time, I asked if that was the final price and if there were any surcharges. The operator asked how many people I was traveling with. For 1 3 year old baby and 1 adult, the payment of 2 million was more than enough. The garage even refunded 500k to me. Quite a surprise. 10 points for very polite and decent garage service.
