I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.

The new car is clean, the seats are super comfortable, especially the pillows are attached to the bed with an adhesive so they can be removed, suitable for people who can't sleep on high pillows like me. Sleep well from the moment you get on the bus until the next morning. Probably the best if you haven’t tried it yet. Over past 7 years I have tried almost all the bus providers to Dalat. This one stands out. Seats are comfy,wide & even though the sleeper buses might not appeal to people over 178cm but since the seats are wide, you can still get a comfortable sleeping. Blankets were good & pillows are also good. Going back with this company if I need to go to Dalat again.
