One of my foreign credit card worked to buy ticket online. The bus service called to change my pick up address, it was difficult to understand but person on the phone knew enough english to give me the information. The information on app was correct, no problem with pickup. At final dropoff, there was a person taking down addresses for drop off for van shuttle. It will be difficult if you don't know vietnamese. Be aware of what others are doing and use Google translate if needed.

The car runs ok, total time from transfer to Phan Rang office is 6 hours 30 minutes. The detailed itinerary is as follows: 11:30 start transfer from District 5 office to the new BXMD -> 12:30 the car starts departing from the new BXMD -> run on National Highway 1A for about 2pm to Xuan Loc, stop -> then run the high section Speed to Phan Thiet, turn down Highway 1A and go straight to Phan Rang -> arrive at Phan Rang office around 6:00 p.m.

I was stuck in traffic for about 20 minutes but the driver and assistant were still waiting and were very friendly, not pushy like other bus companies. The car I drive is a 24-minute double. The car has curtains so I find it very private and full of amenities. The car goes from Saigon to Quy Nhon and uses 3 foot stations. The car uses 2 stations to go to the toilet at the gas station. and 1 station. Use it for food. Even though the 2 stations are used at the gas station for cars to pay for fuel and for passengers to go to the toilet, the toilet at this gas station is very clean. Hk has an unpleasant smell like other stations. But it seems that this bus company runs out to Ngai Ngai and drops off passengers along Highway 1a, so it's very convenient for everyone😍 I can't fault the place when I take the bus. We first tried to ride a slip bus in Vietnam. We took a bass limousine. We were picked up in the agreed upon dream in a small minibus and taken to our slipbus. Everything was very clean. We were especially pleased with the lunch in the middle of the journey, which we did not even expect. We were asked to leave and were seated at a table with a group of 4 Vietnamese. Lunch was very good. Staff asked in advance where we would get off. Before our stop, he announced that our stop was coming soon. We really enjoyed. First time taking the Binh Thuan-Ben Cat route and choosing the TT bus due to the suitable running time. Seeing a 1* review leaving customers at the wharf roundabout, not picking up customers... I was a bit hesitant but had no choice. The car has no navigation but runs on time, only a few minutes off. Drivers and car assistants are friendly and drop passengers off at the door. The car is clean and modern, but the air conditioner is missing, so the air is cold. 10 points for the quality. Will go again if given the chance.

Surprisingly it was much better than I expected especially compared with other much more expensive so-called “luxurious limousine” companies in Vietnam. Unlike most common rude customer service from bus companies in vn, My driver was very polite, clean bus. However, seat are more suitable for small size travelers. If you are taller than 5’5 it possible to feel a bit uncomfortable.
