Job Description

Your responsibilities may include:
1. Compensation & Benefits (80%):
- Set up C&B structures and policies to maintain the company’s competitiveness and ensure compliance with current regulations
- Manage monthly payroll, allowance, PIT, and mandatory insurance information & related processes
- Manage labor contracts and related documents
- Manage employee profiles and annual leave records
2. Administration & Employee Engagement (20%):
- Improve employees’ satisfaction and engagement
- Organize internal staff activities/events such as Teambuilding, Birthday, Year-End party, etc.
- Execute price quotation and compare advantages among suppliers of office stationery and supplies
- Manage mailing, receipts and office equipment
- Other administrative tasks
- Support other HR members when necessary
- Others
- Experience: minimum 1 years in a similar position. Experience at a multinational company is a plus
- Good knowledge of HR processes
- Excellent attention-to-details and inter-personal skills
- Good multi-task skills
