[HCM] Growth Manager & Investor Relations

VeXeRe is a technology company aiming to revolutionize the tourism and transportation industry in Vietnam. Today VeXeRe is the largest online bus ticketing platform that empowering million travelers to make their life journey happier. 
Growth management:
  • Collaborate with leaders across departments (Product, Marketing, Sale, Customer Experience, Data...) to define and execute successful growth initiatives.
  • Scale and accelerate user acquisition, activation, and engagement of VeXeRe web & apps
  • Work closely with data and product teams to understand the VeXeRe user journey map, and leveraging insights to reduce friction and unlock new growth and retention opportunities
  • Manage performance and growth management of active bus companies, through implementation of automation, process optimization and deep data analysis
Investor Relations:
  • Run the deal process for fundraising
  • Manage investor relationships, including meetings, calls and reports
  • Provide insights on market activity
  • Analyze and present financial trends, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting. Professional background in Banking, Investment, or Venture Capital is a plus
  • Have experience of dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community
  • Experience +2 years in E-commerce and platform operations, experience in leading teams to design and execute growth strategies and deliver KPIs
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, and key metrics for companies in the industry
  • Familiar with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by investors
  • Able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines
  • Advanced level in English language (Speaking/Writing)
  • High level of communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong work ethic (takes ownership), quick-study mentality and a customer-first mindset
  • Positive attitude, open to feedback, comfortable with ambiguity
  • High energy, resilient and self-motivated individual
