HCM – Customer Service Executive (Good English; work in shifts)
VeXeRe.com is the largest bus ticket trading platform in Vietnam.
Fluent English skills in terms of 4 skills with good communication skills, gentle voice.
Working time in shifts:
+ Morning shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; 8:00AM- 5:00PM; 9:00AM - 6:00PM;...
+ Evening shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (at least 3 evening shifts/ week).
1.5 days off per week, Having incentives for weekend and evening shift.
Work shifts won't be fixed and will be arranged every week. (except Saturday, Sunday) according to the schedule assigned by manager. Call center opens daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Working on holidays, Lunar new year is required (x3 Salary)
Working at VeXeRe Office: Block B, Floor M, Sai Gon Town, 83/16 Thoai Ngoc Hau, Hoa Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, HCMC (the office will soon be moved to some districts in City's center)
Responsibility, honesty, patience, enthusiasm, being eager to learn to develop yourself.
The advantages but not required:
At least 1-year experience in call center or sales experience.
Being participated in various extracurricular activities.
Having personal laptop or using company's computer.
JOB DESCRIPTION:Working in office, having no sales required.
Working with bus suppliers to solve arisen problems, ensuring VeXeRe.com passengers receive the best service.
Resolving, providing information, consulting and supporting customer to book tickets via telephone or online bookings.
Supporting, ensuring payments before your appointment.
Working with relevant departments, ensuring VeXeRe.com provides the most accurate information for passengers.
