Job description:
  • Responsible for all Brands of company in terms of Brand positioning, Brand image & Brand power.
    Responsible for Communication strategy & Plan for New product/Features & all brands
  • Research & Analyse customer insight. Transfer facts into insight, insight into Brand Message & Brand Communication activations in all effective channels to reach Brand Strategy objectives.
    Ensuring all activities align with Financial objectives, Customer Journey & Overall Brand Strategy.
  • Strengthen Brand & Product Positioning
    Develop Communication strategy, plan & execution in short & long-term.
    Develop Communication strategy, plan & execution for new Product/Product features
    Coorporate branding campaign with Co-Branding partner
  • Develop & manage all Creative jobs such as TVC, viral clip, Key visual, Content strategy...
    Work with Digital & Agency to plan Branding Media plan, KPI & budget
    Be a key-contact between Design team with company gross functions with new format design to make sure all released design materials are compliant with Brand Strategy & Guideline
  • Develop & Execution Offline Branding acitivities including POSM, Print ad, Event...
  • Report Tracking progress & KPI by week, month, quarter & year to Head of Marketing, BOM & related teams.
  • Consult & confirm company materials that related to Brand image to make sure consistency with Brand Guideline.
  • Build Brand working process
  • Develop B2B strategy & action plan for BMS Brand & Product
  • Other ad hoc projects assigned by the Head of Marketing
Requirement:
  • 3+ years marketing experience in FMCG, Technology industry, especially B2B role is preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of Marketing & Brand strategy
  • Planning & Execution skills for Brand activities
  • Experience managing marketing budgets
  • Good data, fact & figures analysis
  • Excellent communication skills to inspire customer and to represent the brands
