Terms and Conditions
Each discount code is worth 20% off one bus service booking (a maximum of 01 seat/sleeper bed can be booked at a time, there is no maximum discount value limit).
Only applicable to new Customers of Bus Operators on Vexere platform. New Customers of Bus Operators on Vexere:
- Is a User who, at the time of booking and paying for a service order from a Bus Company that is open for sale Online on Vexere, has not had any orders with a successful payment status or booking with the payment method of Bank Transfer, Convenient Store, At the bus operator Office/When getting on the bus from that bus operator.
- Service orders considered include: Bus tickets from ticket sources on website, application, hotline in ticket booking history on Vexere website/application/hotline from 2019.
- Identification form includes: Contact information (Phone number) of the passenger using the service.
- Customers who successfully book or pay for a service order with a bus operator for the first time on Vexere but cancel will still be considered new Customers of that Bus Operator.
Applicable when booking bus service at Web/App/Hotline Vexere.
Applicable to some bus companies and routes participating in the program, available for online sale.
Applicable according to booking date and departure date in December 2024 and depending on the conditions of each bus company participating in the program.
For each discount code in the program, each customer can only use it a maximum of 1 time during the program period, meaning 01 customer name/01 phone number/01 device/01 discount code. The discount code will be invalid or no longer valid when the customer changes the phone number or customer name information after successfully placing and paying for the order. The customer needs to pay the additional difference (if any) when changing the phone number or customer name information.
Vexere has the right to block the use of promotional codes for Customers that Vexere detects or has detected to have behavior or signs of fraud or taking advantage of the Promotion Program.
Passenger transport service orders using discount codes cannot be refunded/cancelled/exchanged/returned, including orders and discount codes.
For routes/trips that do not have official prices, the discount code is only applicable on the service booking price excluding surcharges. The discount code is not applicable for surcharge payments.
Discount codes are only valid during the promotional period, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, valuables or refunds.
Not applicable in conjunction with other promotions of the Bus Company.
Vexere reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the program during the period, please review the terms of use regularly. In case of dispute, the final decision belongs to Vexere.
