If your looking for a great ride paired with great customer service then purchase your ticket on this bus company. The buses are clean and the driver and crew took care of us like family! But the reason I will book with them again is their customer service it is top notch. I received a WhatsApp message from the driver confirming my seats meeting location and time before I even received the receipt for the booking. They gave me a no later time and reassured me of the location. As an English speaking traveler, they took the extra effort to make my journey as care free as possible. The even arranged transfer between the bus drop off point and hotel. Again like taking care of family. So book with confidence.
