After canceling the ticket, how can I get my refund?

The refund method depends on the payment method you selected earlier:

– For payments made via international/domestic cards, the refund will be credited back to the card used for the initial payment. The refund processing time depends on Vexere’s payment partner and your bank, and it may take up to 45 days.

– For payments made via e-wallets, the refund will be credited back to the wallet (depending on the policies of each e-wallet provider).

– For payments made via bank transfer or at supermarkets/convenience stores, Vexere will process the refund via bank transfer.

– For bus tickets paid directly at the bus operator, please contact the operator's office/ticket counter for assistance with cancellation and refund.
