What is the process for canceling/refunding tickets?

To cancel your train tickets, please follow these steps:

1. Access the App Vexere (note that you may swap the English language before the process)
2. Then fill in the information that you are filled in on Vexere application (Booking code, Email, Phone number)
3. After that, click on the checkbox with the ticket you want to cancel
4. Check the cancelation fee and refund amount
5. Finally, you need to access the email and then fill in the confirmation code
6. After completing all the steps above, your tickets will be canceled, and Vexere application will display the status "Cancelled".

The time return: 2-7 business days

Please note the time to return tickets compared to the departure time as follows:

- Under 4 hours: no refunds applied
- From 4 hours to under 24 hours: 20% refund fee
- Over 24 hours: 10% refund fee
