I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. I was picked up at my hotel 1.5 hrs earlier than planned but was asked early in the morning if I was able to make the trip earlier. It was pleasant to make it to my destination sooner than anticipated. The driver was very attentive and punctual. He didn’t speak much English but we understood each other great through google translator. The bus was quite comfortable, clean, had covered windows for easy rest, provided blankets and water. The driver had not problem in making small detours to drop off people at their destinations as we were all close to the drop off points. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this company.

The garage service is very good, new cars, clean rooms and blankets, there are transfers at both ends of Gia Lai and Saigon, convenient for passengers to travel, staff attitude is very enthusiastic and cute. At first, I was a bit hesitant to book a test drive because the reviews on Google for service were not good, but after experiencing it, I give the bus company 10 points! I have introduced acquaintances who often travel SG-GL to Hoang Thuy garage. I hope the garage will grow and improve its services! I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. Generally satisfied.

Having been to Da Lat many times for work and tourism, there are also many passenger transport companies serving the route Ho Chi Minh City - Da Lat (Lam Dong). However, this time I was served by DIEU HOA Bus from Duc Trong (Lam Dong) back to Nga Tu Ga ([District 12 - old] - Ho Chi Minh City), trip 22:30PM - 03:45AM; the most interesting thing is the professionalism of the ticket sellers, drivers, bus assistants, ... along with the application of digital technology for booking confirmation. Absolutely wonderful.
