Oh my god, the chubby driver was incredibly cute and enthusiastic with the passengers. I had a great first impression of the people of Hue, but the seating arrangement was all messed up and not in the right place.

Very prompt update via WhatsApp and even late in the evening, they are responsive via WhatsApp. This is my first time using the app and this operator, and I’m pleased with the prompt service. Drove safely and helped me to arrive at my hotel in Hue, even though I didn’t indicate at the point of booking and the driver asked me where I was headed. I’m very appreciative that they could pick me up at my preferred location unlike other operators. I’ve decided to use them again for my return trip back to Da Nang.

I happened to be introduced to Dung Car by friends, so I decided to give it a try. Today, after my experience, I wasn't disappointed at all. The cars are new, comfortable, cool, and clean. The driver was friendly and enthusiastic, always picking up and dropping off passengers on time. I've decided to choose Dung Car for my family's future trips.

The driver was friendly and very professional. I will continue to support him 🥰

The driver was cheerful and enthusiastic, the bus departed on time, I sat in the seat I reserved, and the bus was new and modern. I will definitely use this service again.

I called Zalo in advance to add them on WeChat, and then we communicated the pick-up address online. The driver arrived on time on the day of departure and took me to the hotel.

Safe driving, very smooth ride, friendly driver.

The driver was very friendly and punctual. The car was clean, well-ventilated, and ran smoothly. The overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely choose this service again if I have the opportunity.

This bus company is excellent. I will continue to support them.

I just experienced the service of Thanh Son Happy Car on the Hue - Da Nang trip and was really satisfied! The car is new, clean, runs smoothly and is on time. The driver is very professional, friendly and drives safely. In particular, the customer service is very dedicated and thoughtful. A great experience, will definitely choose Thanh Son Happy Car for the next trips. Worth a try!

Thanks driver, I arrived at the place my daughter forgot her phone in the car and the driver enthusiastically stopped to return it!

Since I was already on my way, I asked the bus company to change the pick-up and drop-off service, and the driver readily agreed. The bus was on time. The journey took about two hours. Thankfully, the bus could carry two 20kg suitcases. While passing some mountain passes with sea views, I noticed the driver slowed down a bit, so I managed to film some beautiful scenery. I was able to take a few naps on the bus before arriving in Hue, so I wasn't as tired as I would have been on the train. The ticket price was good, cheaper than two years ago when I booked with another company on Vexere. The driver spoke with a Hue accent, but it was gentle and easy to understand. He was very helpful with my luggage and even moved it under a tree when it started raining – super thoughtful, 10 out of 10!

Easy communication, double confirmation and information via Whatsapp. Available to book spontaneously and it was clear where we were supposed to be picked up / dropped off and at what times exactly. Even though the driver had a different drop off location for us, we were able to go to our preferred one.

Good service quality

As soon as I got on the car, I was quite satisfied because the car did not have the usual bad smell like other cars. Before picking up, the driver called to schedule a time in advance, so it was very convenient for me to arrange my work. The car was on time. I get carsick but I was quite comfortable on this trip. The driver was extremely cute. Hung Thinh Phat will be my first choice every time I travel from Hue - Da Nang - Hue.

What a pleasant surprise our trip was, Hue to Danang. It was a 7 seater car. Really good driver. Clean car. The driver was early to pick us up so we arrived early at the next place. Door to door service which we really appreciated. Due to a mix up of phone numbers (my fault not theirs ) we didn't get the car registration number, however the hotel we were staying at spoke to the company and made sure that we would be getting picked up so it all worked out in the end. They communicated through whatsapp once we got the numbers sorted. Would definitely book them again.

New car, great experience.
