However, this time I was served by DIEU HOA Bus from Duc Trong (Lam Dong) back to Nga Tu Ga ([District 12 - old] - Ho Chi Minh City), trip 22:30PM - 03:45AM; the most interesting thing is the professionalism of the ticket sellers, drivers, bus assistants, ... along with the application of digital technology for booking confirmation. I was picked up at my hotel 1.5 hrs earlier than planned but was asked early in the morning if I was able to make the trip earlier. It was pleasant to make it to my destination sooner than anticipated. The driver was very attentive and punctual. He didn’t speak much English but we understood each other great through google translator. The bus was quite comfortable, clean, had covered windows for easy rest, provided blankets and water. The driver had not problem in making small detours to drop off people at their destinations as we were all close to the drop off points. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this company.
