However, when the bus reached Ninh Binh, the bus staff asked me to move to the lower floor for someone else to lie down. I was fine with it, no problem. The bus staff also forgot to wake me up when I returned to Hanoi, because they thought there was no one else on the bus :)) Overall experience is okay, more expensive but quite clean and comfortable, mostly Western guests, few Vietnamese guests

When I got to the bus, I realized it was Hoang Khoa bus, not Hoang Long! But everything was fine! The driver and service staff were polite and courteous! Not rude and insolent like other Hoang Long buses when going from Saigon to Hanoi.

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. I took the bus and got on the bus, but when I got to my destination, I was transferred to another bus. The car doesn't have a toilet, so unfortunately, when I booked the car, it said I would return it to the main store, but when I got back, I returned it to Aeon Long Bien, but it was close to my house, so it's okay.

Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!

First time riding a car but surprised by the quality. After I booked the car, someone called to confirm and told me when to be at the boarding location. When I got on the bus, the guys and bus assistants said the seat I booked was on the 2nd floor (because I booked it wrong), but my wife still let me sleep on the 1st floor. While sleeping at night, the guy woke up in a panic and I dropped the phone. phone on the floor, right in the middle of the aisle, huhu. That guy reminded me to keep my phone inside, I'm so lucky.
