There is also a shuttle, so you can ignore it if Grab is in operation, and the shuttle driver will also kindly inform you with gestures, so all you have to do is show the hotel address. I really appreciate everything. If you go to DaLat from PhuMyHung, you just book a bus here. Office worker can speak English little bit. And they called me before 1 hour ago to take the bus. I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love. I will definitely use their service again if I have the chance, but I won't buy tickets through the cheap bus app again because it hides the behavior of the Dalat bus company on my previous trip. My 1-star review was rejected with the reason "the bus company has already handled the issue with the customer," even though I am the customer and my experience says it has been handled. Who handled it?? I don't know, so I still bought tickets this time. After this, my entire company will permanently delete the cheap bus app because of this terrible handling. We left from Dalat and went to Chau Duc. Getting to the bus as foreigners was more complicated than we wanted. But the bus assistant called us and sent the location. Then he personally walked to help us. It was an interesting first time on a sleeper bus with two young children. We were uncertain when the bus would stop for a break or food. I was surprised when we stopped at midnight in Can Tho and everyone got off and ate some food. When our stop came they woke us up and made sure we were ready. Overall it was a good experience. They have a pillow and blanket on each bed and there was enough room for 1 adult and 1 child comfortably.

I took the bus from Long Thanh to Can Tho, departing on time, smooth journey, polite staff, steady driver really made me feel secure and satisfied. The journey was thousands of miles but my heart was not troubled. Dedicated service, serious manner, rare in this time of rushing for money. Society is in chaos. I left on August 26 but mistakenly booked the departure date as August 27. I contacted the bus company again to ask for support to change the date. The support staff quickly supported me and will go again if I have the chance.
