The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. It was a wonderful and great journey from HCM to Dalat. There was a driver and a ticket officer. The bed was clean, a pillow, a blanket and bolster for all beds. The length is just nice 1.8m and I fit in perfectly for being 1.81m. As the journey has lots of bends and curves, it felt like a massage vibration sleeping bed for me. You are able to tilt the top portion of the bed as well. The ticket officer was very kind and checked on everyone along pitstops and also waking you up 5mins prior reaching your destination point. We took the night rider and we reached our destination 2hours earlier than the estimated arrival time. Overall we were very happy and satisfied with the journey and service. The ticket officer would call you up 30mins prior to departure if you have yet to turn up. The bus departed punctually and overall very good service as he speaks English. Highly recommended! The bus is located far end of the station after you enter the main gate entrance, turn left and walk all the way to the end near the bus station exist where all buses exit from station.

We left from Dalat and went to Chau Duc. Getting to the bus as foreigners was more complicated than we wanted. But the bus assistant called us and sent the location. Then he personally walked to help us. It was an interesting first time on a sleeper bus with two young children. We were uncertain when the bus would stop for a break or food. I was surprised when we stopped at midnight in Can Tho and everyone got off and ate some food. When our stop came they woke us up and made sure we were ready. Overall it was a good experience. They have a pillow and blanket on each bed and there was enough room for 1 adult and 1 child comfortably.
