I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

We had such a wonderful experience on this bus we rode today! 💯 The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and truly felt premium because of the excellent amenities and facilities provided. Everything was comfortable and organized. The staff and driver were very kind, helpful, and accommodating, making our trip smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism really stood out. Overall, it was the best travel experience for me and my family. We’re very happy and satisfied from start to finish. Highly recommended! 💛 As for the app, it was very easy to use, user-friendly, and convenient when booking our trip. Everything was seamless!

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. This garage impressed me the most with the driver and the bus assistant. From calling to boarding the car, everyone was very attentive and proactively called me for instructions, with a friendly and gentle voice. Lying in the car is also quite comfortable, with blankets and mattresses full of mineral water. My bus was filled with mostly older people, so when I breathed in, I felt a bit of an old person's smell. When I got off the bus, my drop-off point was originally planned to be Nga 3 Soi (Nha Trang) and I took a Grab, but the bus stopped.
