I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.

Real review, no seeding Overall, this is the most satisfying bus company when traveling on the SG Binh Dinh route. The quality comes from the clean cars, fragrant pillows and blankets. The driver and conductor are polite and funny. With a route to the countryside, having professional staff like this is a big plus, usually only on tourist routes. Regarding the car, having a USB C charging port is a plus, suitable for current charging cables. The car picks up/drops off at many points along the route, so it is convenient for customers. Next time going to Binh Dinh, I will definitely support this bus company. I wish the bus owner a prosperous business, buys more cars, runs more time slots and improves the route standards. If considering minus points, it is only the time to drop off passengers, the VXR team sets it differently from reality.

I think the car service is quite good compared to the price range, the only thing is that the car pick up is 1 hour late, waiting a bit long and changing the pick up point makes me run too much :)) When I booked the car on app r, I was pushed by the app. chair, not exactly the chair I chose but that's okay. I don't understand why the app is so slow in updating license plates, it makes me panic :)) The driver's phone number is also wrong. Just recently I got a license plate and changed my phone number kkk The car includes a full meal, I think it's ok, besides that the car is clean and the driver is friendly. Overall it's very good, I encourage everyone to go and experience it

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. If they do, please tell them to contact me at my phone number, and I'll assist them. My number ends in 666, the trip was from the university to Nha Trang on January 16th. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love. Normally, leather pillows make my neck hurt when lying down, but here, the bus company changed all the pillows to extremely soft feather pillows. + The bed is extremely wide, there is a hook to hang slippers on top so my feet don't get tangled like other buses I've been on + The driver and bus assistant enthusiastically supported me with pick-up and drop-off questions, very enthusiastic and gentle + There are also water, cold towels on the bus. It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.
