First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. But that's fine too!

Amenities: provides full amenities such as comfortable seats, cool air conditioning, high-speed wifi and mobile phone charging port. 3. Time and accuracy: The bus departs on time and arrives at BMT on time as committed. 4. Price: I feel the price of the bus service is very reasonable and consistent with the quality and amenities provided. 5. Service attitude: Staff and drivers are very enthusiastic, thoughtful and respectful of customers. I feel very comfortable and satisfied with the services they provide. Great services... I will definitely use their service again if I have the chance, but I won't buy tickets through the cheap bus app again because it hides the behavior of the Dalat bus company on my previous trip. My 1-star review was rejected with the reason "the bus company has already handled the issue with the customer," even though I am the customer and my experience says it has been handled. Who handled it?? I don't know, so I still bought tickets this time. After this, my entire company will permanently delete the cheap bus app because of this terrible handling. We will also write reviews on various platforms about my experience with both Dalat and the cheap bus company. Thank you.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
