First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The sleeping cabin is a bit short for me (I'm 175cm tall) but it's still OK to sleep with my legs stretched out. Clean, tidy, and plenty of drinking water.
