First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

First time using the University bus company. I think the pick-up and drop-off process is not very scientific, I see many people have to take the bus to the big bus stop to wait. The sleeping cabin is a bit short for me (I'm 175cm tall) but it's still OK to sleep with my legs stretched out. Clean, tidy, and plenty of drinking water. I got a 50% discount on the ticket so I'm super happy.

First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. It sounds a bit hesitant, but I still decided to try it again. First, the bus ticket is cheaper than other Limousine companies and also has a discount code. The car's GPS worked very well, helping me arrive close to time without having to wait long. The trip departed 30 minutes earlier than expected.
