Amenities: provides full amenities such as comfortable seats, cool air conditioning, high-speed wifi and mobile phone charging port. 3. Time and accuracy: The bus departs on time and arrives at BMT on time as committed. 4. Price: I feel the price of the bus service is very reasonable and consistent with the quality and amenities provided. 5. Service attitude: Staff and drivers are very enthusiastic, thoughtful and respectful of customers. I feel very comfortable and satisfied with the services they provide. First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. But that's fine too!

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
