My 1-star review was rejected with the reason "the bus company has already handled the issue with the customer," even though I am the customer and my experience says it has been handled. Who handled it?? I don't know, so I still bought tickets this time. After this, my entire company will permanently delete the cheap bus app because of this terrible handling. I had a hard time understanding him because he had a Vietnamese accent, but I could easily communicate in English! If you take a shuttle (van) at the main gate, it will take you to the meeting point. Since you are in a hurry, cut off the ticket first and hand it over. Although the driver or conductor does not speak English, they will let you know when you get to the drop-off point. There is also a shuttle, so you can ignore it if Grab is in operation, and the shuttle driver will also kindly inform you with gestures, so all you have to do is show the hotel address. I really appreciate everything. If you go to DaLat from PhuMyHung, you just book a bus here. Office worker can speak English little bit. And they called me before 1 hour ago to take the bus. I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

Tu Tien provided a very good, safe and comfortable service. The information given about where the bus was and the calls from the staff on the bus before pick up proved to be invaluable. Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers.
