I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. Generally satisfied.

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. The first highlight is that the car is clean, the pillows and blankets... everything is fine. The pick-up point is not the same as on the app, so guests have to move to the bus station themselves. The transfer vehicle is a 7-seat car. The transfer driver is polite and knows the way so he takes him to the gathering point on National Highway 1A quite on time. The garage is very thoughtful. I'm in Phu Yen and take the 9pm flight, the bus company has bread and milk ready for passengers (+1 super big point). Call before pick up time (about half an hour). Staff are also very polite and attentive. A big plus is that the after-service is super good. However, because I get car sick, I'm quite sensitive to smells. I hope the bus company can arrange some hanging bags of ginger, lemongrass, or something to make the smell in the car more pleasant. This review has no seeding or advertising, so anyone who is considering experiencing this garage should try it, don't hesitate. A small note for tall people: if possible, you should choose the beds in front. Last day I went because I had no other choice so I slept in the last bed which is a bit short for my height. But it's still quite comfortable, I just think the front bed will be a little more comfortable.
