My first time riding this bus was a bit scary, like some of the negative reviews I read on Vexere, but it was fine. The bus was clean, departed 8 minutes earlier than scheduled, and arrived an hour early. My impressions: + The ride was smooth + The driver and conductor were both friendly and lovely. I didn't interact with them much, but that's my personal feeling + The dinner food was varied, the seasoning was subjective, I didn't find it very good, but it wasn't terrible either. I took the Quang Ngai - An Suong trip, and the bus stopped only 3 times (including dinner) for passengers to use the restroom. The nice thing is that when we were near the dinner stop, there was an announcement over the loudspeaker. The loudspeaker said it would stop for 30 minutes, but it only stopped for about 25 minutes, probably because all the passengers had already boarded. In short, my first time riding this bus and I will definitely ride again if I have the chance.

I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.

The bus company was lovely and provided enthusiastic support to passengers when they encountered problems. They even prepared motion sickness medication for passengers who forgot to bring their own. Overall, it was incredibly sweet, 5 stars for quality and service! I will definitely come back if I need anything else 💕

The bus conductors were cheerful and enthusiastic. I was late but the bus still waited for me and didn't leave like other buses. I will support the bus company on other occasions.

This garage impressed me the most with the driver and the bus assistant. From calling to boarding the car, everyone was very attentive and proactively called me for instructions, with a friendly and gentle voice. Lying in the car is also quite comfortable, with blankets and mattresses full of mineral water. My bus was filled with mostly older people, so when I breathed in, I felt a bit of an old person's smell. When I got off the bus, my drop-off point was originally planned to be Nga 3 Soi (Nha Trang) and I took a Grab, but the bus stopped. He guided me down here, no ghost dared to take me (because this is the area of the underground motorbike taxi force, people playing candy cane...) A great experience with a new bus company that you should refer to: + The staff and driver called to confirm 2-3 times, so you can rest assured + The driver picked me up on time, I waited for only 10 minutes and the bus picked me up, not 30 minutes or 1 hour before calling + The bus is new, classy, fragrant and especially I really like the blankets and pillows on the bus. Normally, leather pillows make my neck hurt when lying down, but here, the bus company changed all the pillows to extremely soft feather pillows. + The bed is extremely wide, there is a hook to hang slippers on top so my feet don't get tangled like other buses I've been on + The driver and bus assistant enthusiastically supported me with pick-up and drop-off questions, very enthusiastic and gentle + There are also water, cold towels on the bus. When arriving at the station, the driver thoughtfully prepared more cold towels at the stop. 10 points for the sophistication of the bus company.

The driver and the conductor were very enthusiastic and dedicated. I got on the wrong bus (same company, same route). The driver and conductor of both buses were very helpful. The ticket price was cheap but the quality was very good, the ticket included a dinner. The bus departed 45 minutes later than on the app, but due to the storm, it rained very heavily, which is understandable. 99/10

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a focus on cleanliness in Vietnam. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. If they do, please tell them to contact me at my phone number, and I'll assist them. My number ends in 666, the trip was from the university to Nha Trang on January 16th. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love. But sleeping alone in a double room means every time the bus turns a corner, it's a disaster! I don't travel by bus often, but it's enough to give it a 10/10.
