My first time riding this bus was a bit scary, like some of the negative reviews I read on Vexere, but it was fine. The bus was clean, departed 8 minutes earlier than scheduled, and arrived an hour early. My impressions: + The ride was smooth + The driver and conductor were both friendly and lovely. I didn't interact with them much, but that's my personal feeling + The dinner food was varied, the seasoning was subjective, I didn't find it very good, but it wasn't terrible either. I took the Quang Ngai - An Suong trip, and the bus stopped only 3 times (including dinner) for passengers to use the restroom. The nice thing is that when we were near the dinner stop, there was an announcement over the loudspeaker. The loudspeaker said it would stop for 30 minutes, but it only stopped for about 25 minutes, probably because all the passengers had already boarded. In short, my first time riding this bus and I will definitely ride again if I have the chance.

The best car among the cars I've driven. There is a cleaning notification sound, Stop cleaning 4-5 times. There is a phone charger and wifi on the bus. The driver does not smoke. My ticket includes food, delicious food. 10000/10 points

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love. It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks.
