The garage is very thoughtful. I'm in Phu Yen and take the 9pm flight, the bus company has bread and milk ready for passengers (+1 super big point). Call before pick up time (about half an hour). Staff are also very polite and attentive. A big plus is that the after-service is super good. When I arrived in the morning, in the afternoon someone from the bus company contacted me to ask about the experience and service to improve better. The place is also very clean and comfortable. However, because I get car sick, I'm quite sensitive to smells. I hope the bus company can arrange some hanging bags of ginger, lemongrass, or something to make the smell in the car more pleasant. This review has no seeding or advertising, so anyone who is considering experiencing this garage should try it, don't hesitate. A small note for tall people: if possible, you should choose the beds in front. Last day I went because I had no other choice so I slept in the last bed which is a bit short for my height. But it's still quite comfortable, I just think the front bed will be a little more comfortable.

. Attentive service from start to finish: The shuttle bus picked up passengers on time, even earlier than expected, making me feel secure about not being late. This professionalism and punctuality is a big plus in my eyes, especially for long-distance trips that require careful preparation. 2. Impressive transfer station: The bus company's transfer station is a highlight that cannot be ignored. The space is extremely modern, clean and carefully cared for - worthy of the word "luxury". In addition to the spacious waiting area, the bus company also serves a free buffet of cakes and drinks for passengers while waiting to board the bus - a small detail but showing concern for the customer experience.
