SG-BMT 1. Safety: I am very satisfied with the quality of Tien Oanh's passenger cars. The car is well maintained, the driver is also very experienced and drives safely. 2. Amenities: provides full amenities such as comfortable seats, cool air conditioning, high-speed wifi and mobile phone charging port. 3. Time and accuracy: The bus departs on time and arrives at BMT on time as committed. 4. Price: I feel the price of the bus service is very reasonable and consistent with the quality and amenities provided. 5. Service attitude: Staff and drivers are very enthusiastic, thoughtful and respectful of customers. I feel very comfortable and satisfied with the services they provide. Their services fully met my needs and I will use their services in the future if I have the opportunity.

First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

Everything was comfortable and organized. The staff and driver were very kind, helpful, and accommodating, making our trip smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism really stood out. Overall, it was the best travel experience for me and my family. We’re very happy and satisfied from start to finish. First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. It's arranged in the correct location and returned to the right place where the customer registered. I hope the garage is always reputable and enthusiastic to have more customers

First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. But that's fine too!

The garage service is very good, new cars, clean rooms and blankets, there are transfers at both ends of Gia Lai and Saigon, convenient for passengers to travel, staff attitude is very enthusiastic and cute. At first, I was a bit hesitant to book a test drive because the reviews on Google for service were not good, but after experiencing it, I give the bus company 10 points! I have introduced acquaintances who often travel SG-GL to Hoang Thuy garage. I hope the garage will grow and improve its services! Next time I have the opportunity, I will continue to choose Hoang Thuy ❤ bus company

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

The bed is wide and comfortable, the pillows and blankets are very clean and fragrant, you can sit in the right place as booked, good service attitude.
