quý công ty nên: 1) kiểm tra và dán tem hành lý cho khách theo màu của từng chuyến tránh mất mát và nhầm chuyến khi tập kết hàng lên xe. vì mình có 2 chuyến sài gòn và cần thơ đợi chung 1 khung giờ, 1 địa điểm. vì là khách thân thiết của quý công ty nên rất hài lòng và tin tưởng. tuy nhiên rất mong muốn đội ngũ nhân viên anh chị em nhà xe cùng nhau cải thiện ngày một phát triển. 2) đồng nhất về cách giao tiếp và CSKH nhẹ nhàng, chu đáo nữa thì chắc chắn quy công ty là nhà xe được yêu thích và lựa chọn số 1 quy nhơn. rất cảm ơn quý anh chị em cty cũng như chị Thảo đã lắng nghe và tiếp nhận. mình vote 5 sao cho nhân viên ,nhất là bạn tên Sim ở văn phòng Nha Trang nhiệt tình,chu đáo,tư vấn tận tình hợp lý,kiên nhẫn nghe yêu cầu thay đổi của khách hàng và giải quyết nhiệt tình thấu đáo.Mười điểm cho thái độ & sự chuyên nghiệp của bạn Sim. Mình ấn tượng với bạn Sim và có hỏi thăm tài xế về bạn ấy và biết bạn ấy là người Đà Lạt ,niềm nở nhẹ nhàng ánh mắt rất tập trung lắng nghe. Thật tuyệt vời Các nhân viên còn lại cũng rất tốt nói chuyện nhẹ nhàng và rất ok,Về thái độ nhân viên &tài xế thì mình chắc chắn ăn đứt các hãng xe dịch vụ hiện nay. Chất lượng dịch vụ trong xe cũng có nhỉnh hơn các hãng khác về thái độ bác tài & xe tương đối ok so với hãng khác Nếu cần tốt hơn thì hãng nên lót tấm nệm mỏng (mình đã từng trải nghiệm) để khi bẩn thì giặt ,chứ nằm trực tiếp trên ghế da thì rất mau hôi và ko vệ sinh được, mình nằm cứ cảm giác nằm chung mồ hôi với người lạ nên mình cứ phải mang cái mền mỏng để lót nằm. Chúc hãng xe luôn suôn sẻ ,thượng lộ bình an Hẹn gặp lại chuyến 5 giờ sáng mai

My first time traveling alone away from Saigon, I didn't think I was lucky to book such a great bus company ❤ I booked the company through the Vexere app because there was a 50% discount, so I immediately booked a 22 bed bus ticket. Before the day of departure. One day, the company called me to update the license plate as well as confirm personal information and drop off station. I also whispered to the hotline staff that it was my first time going alone to a far away place and going to a wedding. I also gave the garage the address of the wedding restaurant. So 10 minutes later, the bus company called me back and arranged for me to get off the bus as close to the restaurant as possible. Honestly, I never thought there would be such an enthusiastic and attentive car company. The bus departed at 10:15 p.m., I was at the bus station at 10:50 p.m. As soon as I took my suitcase out of the taxi, a guy ran over to support me and quickly put my suitcase in the car's tunnel, while I dressed up and got in the car. My bed is on top, I haven't climbed a bunk bed in a long time so I'm a bit lost ^^ But surprisingly, from behind a woman's voice came, "Brother, let me help you". So I was helped by NV to the chair very gently and safely. The car is very clean, new interior, warm blankets, soft mattresses and 2 extra pillows to sleep like at home. NV double checks so customers get off at the right station and have the most comfortable experience. Thank you Binh Minh Bus for giving me a wonderful experience using your service ❤❤

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

The bus staff is enthusiastic and keeps the customers' dropped items to return them.

Everything was okay, the bus conductor on my trip was very enthusiastic. I have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. Expand the number of pick-up and drop-off points. 2. Check that all passengers are on board before departure. 3. When passengers get off at stops, the conductor could speak loudly (during the day) and gently remind passengers at night (as passengers might be asleep and it would be better to avoid disturbing others). My experience was great! But I only traveled during the day! I hope the bus company continues to improve!

I'm impressed by the politeness of the staff that other bus companies don't have. Picking up at Highway 13 and not taking a shuttle bus is something I really like
