My first time traveling alone away from Saigon, I didn't think I was lucky to book such a great bus company ❤ I booked the company through the Vexere app because there was a 50% discount, so I immediately booked a 22 bed bus ticket. Before the day of departure. One day, the company called me to update the license plate as well as confirm personal information and drop off station. I also whispered to the hotline staff that it was my first time going alone to a far away place and going to a wedding. I also gave the garage the address of the wedding restaurant. So 10 minutes later, the bus company called me back and arranged for me to get off the bus as close to the restaurant as possible. Honestly, I never thought there would be such an enthusiastic and attentive car company. The bus departed at 10:15 p.m., I was at the bus station at 10:50 p.m. As soon as I took my suitcase out of the taxi, a guy ran over to support me and quickly put my suitcase in the car's tunnel, while I dressed up and got in the car. My bed is on top, I haven't climbed a bunk bed in a long time so I'm a bit lost ^^ But surprisingly, from behind a woman's voice came, "Brother, let me help you". So I was helped by NV to the chair very gently and safely. The car is very clean, new interior, warm blankets, soft mattresses and 2 extra pillows to sleep like at home. Great experience. The bus station is near home, convenient to go & return. The bus departs on time, the driver is polite, helps arrange luggage, the bus staff works professionally, takes good care of customers, supports luggage from the bus to the customer. The bus arrives at the bus station to pick up & drop off customers at the exact location booked. Before the driver arrives to pick up the customer, he calls to remind in advance 👍👍👍👍 The limousine is clean and polite with clean blankets, drinks, snacks, towels. Worth the money. Will use it again next time & recommend it to family members. Using this bus saves time & less tiredness. The minus point is that the engine is a little noisy, but other bus companies have louder engines. This is okay. The driver drives very carefully & safely. No weaving, No fighting for the road, No reckless overtaking, less bumpy. No nervousness & fear like when using Phuong Trang bus. We are very happy to give the car 5***** 👍👍👍👍

Trip 16:00 Nha Trang - District 1. 22-room bus without WC. License plate 50F-034.05 + Plus points: clean, new bus, comfortable beds. Friendly staff, bus serves Karo cake, Vinamilk milk, mineral water for passengers. The bus runs smoothly. The bus runs on the highway so it goes quite fast, only 6 hours. There is no pick-up along the way and many stops so there is no fear of being late. + Minus points: the time on the ticket is 16:00, however, the bus left at 15:30 and scheduled to pick up passengers from 15:20. The departure time should be adjusted earlier so that passengers can proactively arrange the time written on the ticket. The bus does not have a toilet, so when passengers need to go to the toilet, they have to wait until the stop. The bus has 22 rooms so there is no pillow like the 22 single-room bus. Overall rating: Good and Quality. I have taken the bus many times but I always choose this bus company because it is so stable. I recommend everyone to use this bus company.

The car runs ok, total time from transfer to Phan Rang office is 6 hours 30 minutes. The detailed itinerary is as follows: 11:30 start transfer from District 5 office to the new BXMD -> 12:30 the car starts departing from the new BXMD -> run on National Highway 1A for about 2pm to Xuan Loc, stop -> then run the high section Speed to Phan Thiet, turn down Highway 1A and go straight to Phan Rang -> arrive at Phan Rang office around 6:00 p.m.

I'm impressed by the politeness of the staff that other bus companies don't have. Picking up at Highway 13 and not taking a shuttle bus is something I really like
