The bus company staff are very friendly, from the ticket office, assistants, to the drivers; their service attitude is excellent. Today I took the 34p bus, it's new so it runs smoothly and has no smell (I get motion sickness and hate smells on buses). I've been using their buses since they first started with regular buses, but now that they have the 34p buses, I'll probably use them more often.

The bus arrived on time, there was an even shuttle bus service to pick me up. It was clean inside, 2 pillows provided. The driving style was rather fast and we were tossed back and forth a lot - but I cannot compare with other night buses as it was my first one. Generally, I am satisfied.

Took a 4-hour ride in a van today from Nha Trang to Buon Ma Thuot. The driver was friendly and extremely informative about the local culture and attractions along the way. Our previous experience with many bus trips in various areas throughout Vietnam have always been pretty scary as the drivers do whatever is necessary to get around slow traffic. This driver was by far the safest we've seen. We highly recommend using Thai Son's transportation services.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers.
