Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I have taken Quoc Dat bus several times before but was very surprised because the day I went was a holiday but the quality of the trip was very good, on time, correct seat, clean, had wifi, the driver and the bus conductor were very pleasant to talk to. Took a 4-hour ride in a van today from Nha Trang to Buon Ma Thuot. The driver was friendly and extremely informative about the local culture and attractions along the way. Our previous experience with many bus trips in various areas throughout Vietnam have always been pretty scary as the drivers do whatever is necessary to get around slow traffic. This driver was by far the safest we've seen. We highly recommend using Thai Son's transportation services.
