I was fully informed when the pick-up time changed. The driver was polite and drove very smoothly and comfortably. There were passengers in the car that made things difficult for the driver and annoyed everyone, but he still knew how to handle the situation to keep the atmosphere comfortable for the whole car.

Excellent service, friendly staff and safe driver. The company even has cars at their depot to take you directly to your hotel. A much better option than the sleeper buses who leave you way out of the city so you have to catch a taxi to your hotel, doubling the price of the trip. Highly recommend Bao Loc limousines, well done!
