I travelled from ninh binh to danang on the overnight sleeper bus. It was our first experience taking these types of buses and we were nervous. Initially, there was a change in the pick up spot 2 hours before departure which was communicated by email. We got to the correct location at 9 and the bus wasn’t there. We reached out through email and received a prompt response which was very much appreciated. They let us know that the bus was 10-15 mins late. Once the bus arrived the driver came to us personally and helped and the customer service agent also confirmed over email. The bus was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bus driver was very kind and extra attentive knowing that we were tourists. We felt safe throughout the whole journey. The bus driver at the end of the ride guided us to the free shuttle that drops you off at the hotel. I would highly recommend.

The bus company's service process is very good, with very few areas needing improvement. However, it would be better if the company changed its tissue paper supplier, as the tissues have a slightly strange smell. Otherwise, I've witnessed many changes in the bus company over the past two months: drivers and bus assistants are increasingly friendly, the service process is clear and efficient, and they've resolved the transfer bottleneck in Hanoi by assigning specific zones to each bus.

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. The car is comfortable, clean, trustful and will use the garage service next time
