Drivers and drivers are enthusiastic and polite. Check for enough passengers every time you get on and off a stop. Comfortable car (I took the car for 520k/ticket). The stop is relatively clean (I give it 7/10). The bus stops at about 2 stops for the whole trip, so if you urinate a lot, try not to drink a lot of water before departing. The departure time on the app will be different from reality, the morning of the departure day the bus company will call to schedule a time. You must arrive on time for the bus appointment.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. Very good experience with Việt Tân Phát bus to travel between Sài Gòn and Mang Đen, the seat / bed are really comfortable and suitable for tall guys, it is worth paying a little more (compared to other bus lines) for such a long trip. I will certainly use it again later.
