Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. The TN bus service from Rach Gia to Saigon was very enthusiastic, everyone. A staff member called ahead to ask where we were supposed to pick you up, and the driver even came to pick you up. The return trip was smoother and I slept better (and there's nothing to criticize about the Saigon-Rach Gia trip).

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. The experience was so good. The switchboard and garage staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Before the bus runs, there are free snacks and drinks. Arrive at your destination and wake up gently like a lover. The car is big and comfortable, like at home and runs smoothly to get there without even realizing it. I had very good experience with this bus operator. The staff are friendly and helpful. Before getting on the bus, we were offered light meals and drinks. When the bus has arrived, the staff woke us up as they were waking up up their lovers. If you are foreigners and planning to take this bus, please don't hesitate as the seats are big and comfortable enough for you to sleep on.

I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. Generally satisfied.

Attentive staff

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
