The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience.
