Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. The car was old but everything was still working well. Newer models would have in-car charging or massage functions, which would be more convenient for passengers. In particular, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Trung (or Chung), the driver of my 4 PM trip on April 19th, 2026, for his enthusiastic help in retrieving my phone and wallet that I had left behind at the Cao Thang office, as well as the staff from both the Saigon and Can Tho offices. Their help was genuine and heartfelt, not superficial. When I received my belongings back at 11 PM, they were in a box, carefully wrapped, shockproof, and properly labeled. Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Overall, I feel secure when using this bus company's service, and will support and recommend this bus company's service to my relatives.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
