There is quite good private transportation support. The VIP seats were comfortable but the bus was running a bit late, but luckily my flight was delayed so I didn't have to wait long for the bus. Next time I will definitely go again.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

The journey was thousands of miles but my heart was not troubled. Dedicated service, serious manner, rare in this time of rushing for money. Society is in chaos. Very good experience. The bed is spacious, has a pillow, a night light, and a lamp in the room for reading. The bed sheets and blankets are very clean and tidy. The car is comfortable and runs smoothly. The driver and staff are also friendly and polite. There is a shuttle bus to Tuy Hoa city center, which is very convenient. The ticket price is reasonable.
