Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I am very satisfied with the service of My Duyen bus company. The buses are clean, punctual, have comfortable sleeper seats, and run smoothly and safely. In particular, the staff are very enthusiastic, polite, and always provide attentive support to passengers. I was very impressed with the transfer staff at My Luong. They were very friendly, picked up and dropped off at the correct locations, assisted with luggage, and were always cheerful with passengers. The driver would make sure all of his customers are back into the bus before he takes off. As a foreigner not understanding much Vietnamese, it's a piece of mind that you won't be left behind when you go for your toilet/ meal break. Hảo bus' shuttle bus service is another bonus which can deliver you from the bus terminal to your accommodation for FREE! Saving you from having to wake up from the bus trip, still half dreaming and looking and bargaining for a taxi trip to your hotel.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

I take the 8:30 p.m. flight. It was my first time using this company so I expected to be at Q6 station at 7:20 p.m. Who would have thought that at 7:35 p.m. there would already be a bus to transfer to Mien Tay station. Get on the big bus and depart on time, with each stop lasting 30-45 minutes. When you arrive at Gia Rai station, there is a shuttle bus waiting to take you there. This trip does not pick up passengers along the way so the car is comfortable.

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Overall, I feel secure when using this bus company's service, and will support and recommend this bus company's service to my relatives.

The journey ran very well. The driver and the steward were very accommodating, helping us get to our correct destination. A minivan at the end dropped us to our hotel door. Great 👍🏻
