It would be great if the holidays allowed customers to buy tickets online. Every major holiday, we have to buy tickets directly at the ticket office, which is inconvenient for those who work or live far away. I hope the bus operator has a convenient solution to make it easier for customers to buy tickets online (transfer money when buying tickets). I wish the bus company a prosperous business.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

As a foreigner not understanding much Vietnamese, it's a piece of mind that you won't be left behind when you go for your toilet/ meal break. The bus ran relatively on time, with a shuttle service at the Phuong Trang company office as per the booked ticket, transferring passengers to the specific address in Da Lat. The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes.
