Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. Here’s my honest review of my experience traveling with this company from Hanoi to Danang. The Good: • Immaculate cleanliness: The bus was impressively clean, and they are very strict about maintaining this standard – eating is not allowed on board. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a focus on cleanliness in Vietnam. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.

I went Hoi An > Saigon. I was cautious after reading the reviews, but it worked out okay! They have a premium bus, but the service and employees are definitely not premium. But they're very effective and competent. They have an actual office in Hoi An, which is nice. A nice shuttle took us ftom the office to the highway where we met the bus. We stopped for dinner at a cheap, good enough spot at 8:30pm. They must have sped through the night because we reached the northern part of Saigon at 6:45am (at their carwash facility?), where they loaded us on a very janky shuttle bus to transfer to the Tinh Binh office closer to downtown (not enough seats, so some people sat on plastic chairs in the cargo hold). We reached there at 7:30am -- much earlier than the 11am arrival time on the ticket. I'm 178cm and the seat was extremely comfortable; I ended up sleeping straight from 11pm until we arrived to Saigon. But three negatives: - Second shuttle bus was blatantly unsafe (see pic) - My seat was stuck in recline / couldn't sit up - Daytime driver played rock music on a high volume. Thankfully he turned off the rear speakers when asked, but be careful getting front seats. Overall I would take them again as long as it is a budget price.

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. If they do, please tell them to contact me at my phone number, and I'll assist them. My number ends in 666, the trip was from the university to Nha Trang on January 16th. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love. But sleeping alone in a double room means every time the bus turns a corner, it's a disaster! I don't travel by bus often, but it's enough to give it a 10/10.

Second 45-minute trip with Han Café (Saigon-Mui Ne in a "Limousine sleeping bus" - cabins - and Phan Rang-Mui Ne in a "standard sleeper bus") and we were just as satisfied as before. The driving was exemplary, the staff incredibly attentive (they checked that everything was alright in your seat, were always smiling, and provided a warm welcome and helpful information at the pick-up point). The bus was clean and comfortable, and the communication was impeccable (they sent us a WhatsApp message to remind us of our trip and the pick-up point). The pick-up point in Phan Rang was comfortable (clean restrooms, drinks available for purchase, and excellent boarding). They even arranged a drop-off point for us because we had gone to the wrong location. Their "standard sleeper buses" are still perfectly comfortable and include several convenient stops. Compared to another so-called "VIP cabin" company where I thought I was going to die (dangerous and uncomfortable driving for passengers, poorly maintained buses, and extremely unfriendly staff), I highly recommend Han Café. I wasn't able to try their overnight trips, as they were full, probably because they're in high demand! Don't hesitate! 👍

The bus conductors were cheerful and enthusiastic. I was late but the bus still waited for me and didn't leave like other buses. I will support the bus company on other occasions.

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. Thank you very much.

I want to leave a review about the transportation company. I was worried because of some reviews, but the trip turned out to be very comfortable. The staff were very attentive: they escorted me to my seat, helped load my luggage, and even helped pack my shoes. The only thing is that the bus arrived an hour before departure, same as I did, so I don’t know what would have happened if I had come at the time indicated on the ticket. Overall, I was very satisfied with the trip and I’m glad I chose this company.

The transportation company contacted me proactively, provided clear instructions, and the journey was smooth and comfortable.

It was an amazing ride. Comfortable bus, charging sockets, water, we stopped many times on the way at got to Nhà Trang 7 hours earlier!!! Highly recommended ♥️♥️
