We booked a trip from Hanoi to Cao Bang via Vexere. We left at 9:15 AM, after loading our luggage, although the departure was originally scheduled for 9:00 AM. We had a 20-minute bathroom break midway through the journey. We arrived in Cao Bang around 2:00 PM. The seats are very comfortable, and there's even a lumbar massage function if you want it. A small bottle of water is provided at each seat. The driver drove quite carefully. I recommend this transport company.

We had a positive experience travelling with Thanh Ly from Hanoi to Cao Bang. The bus was already waiting in My Dinh bus station, the bus station staffs pointed out to where the bus was and bus staff helped with our luggage and shoes. The size of the cabin is clearly mentioned as 170cms. Those who are taller might find it uncomfortable. AC worked well, drinking water was provided. We did not wake up for the toilet break so we cannot comment on it. The bedding was neat, the blanket really kept us warm and the pillow was good. The staff checked where our accommodation was and a shuttle picked us up from the stop that we chose and conveniently dropped us at our homestay.

Reading the feedback, I saw that the review was a bit skeptical, but there was no better choice than this. I closed my eyes and booked it. Who would have thought that the service was better than what I expected. The driver spoke softly and picked me up at sbay. I was late due to traffic jam and also called to let me know to ease my anxiety. I was able to sit in the car as I booked on the app, the driver drove carefully, took me to the door, the car was clean and airy, my experience was very good. Okay, please support the garage

Comfortable and felt safe. I have been on many overnight busses through South America and this was a far superior experience. Comfortable bed / seat, relatively easy to find the bus and get on board despite the language barrier. Bus staff were friendly and very helpful. They even dropped me as close as they could to my hostel
